Return & Replacement Policy

How do I go about returning a product?

You have a window of 7 calendar days from the date of item delivery to inform us of your intention to return the product. If your item satisfies all the specified requirements, you can initiate the return process by contacting our Customer Service at 01829521333.

We provide a 7 Days Replacement Guarantee (excluding intact boxes or packets) for physical products purchased on ghordecor.com.

  • The request for replacement must be submitted within 7 Days of receiving the delivery. Refunds are applicable only to canceled orders due to product unavailability.
  • If we are unable to fulfill an order within 10 days or due to product unavailability, we will refund your payment within 10 days through the original payment channel.
  • will cover the gateway charge for the refund. For instance, if you paid via debit card, the refund will be processed back to your debit card, and we will bear the refund charge for the gateway.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A VALID RETURN:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
  • The reason for return must be valid, and the return acceptance conditions must be met (please see below).
